Went from the 0 marker at Liberty & Carlton, to the four mile marker and bad. Hardly fast, but successes abound:
- Farther than I have since starting
- Steady pace
- Never looked at watch
Wanted to look at watch. It will take time to clear that desire. Hot, and somewhat humid.
