I purposefully ran slower for two reasons this morning. 1) I added 0.5 miles to my longest run for the week, and 2) I ran yesterday evening. Not a lot of recovery time. Day off tomorrow.
Good run, though. Saw a few runners in the lab, as well as many older people walking. I respect that.
My iPod fritzed out, and so naturally, I am concerned.
