Rain is pouring, cancelling practice, rescheduling it for tomorrow at 11:30.
Mile repeats are the plan. I'm supposed to hit 7:48, 7:17, 7:48, and "?" I'm not sure what Jim means by this, but I'll know better when I get there. All out? Struggle to a 7:17?
In the meanwhile, I'll eat Chinese food, watch the John McCain speech, and see if he is the guy I will vote for.
