2012 Resolutions: 1) Don't ramp up the miles too quickly. 2) Actually use planned rest days to rest instead of running junk miles. 3) Pay attention to the feedback from my legs not the feedback my GPS! There is no shame in cutting a long run into a medium run. 4) Cross-train. 5) Eat some quality cheeses.
