2.0 miles
total: 2.0 miles
around 30°F
course: random park run
A brief run, relaxed pace, a long warmup. No calf issues. Long stretches of my right hopefully reduced the impact.

Just When I Thought, I Thought Again
Just when I hoped to jump back on the running bandwagon, I got sick. A cold. Nasty. That was after a spate of headaches that were the result of under hydrating.
I'm on the better side of it, but the road back to fitness will not be pleasant.
I think I will see the light beginning after Thanksgiving. I'll join a gym on Wednesday, but won't stat logging miles until the following Monday.
For those of you who follow these things, I joined the Facebook generation. Anthony Trendl.
In the meanwhile, consider adding this to the running mix on your iPod. I used to run to it back in the day.

Weighing in On Some Heavier Matters
Monday Check-in
133.8 lbs. (up)
58 - Pulse (up)
Status
Been sometime since I updated this. Been too long since I ran. Weight and pulse are both up. Nothing unexpected after roughly a month of inactivity. Suprising, though, is the amount of both. Three-five pounds and ten beats? It could be, now, I am sitting at a desk, unable to relax the same way I could at home.
Nothing is sore today, and a light run tonight is in order.

Three (and then some) Warm-up Miles
3.12 miles - 35:05.37 (11:15/mile)
weather: cool, modest wind.
Easy, barely broke a sweat run on the paths of Herrick Lake.
Autumn in full bloom, all colors came out to say hello.
Another run tomorrow.
