Lovely morning run. Lots of club runners from CARA, Glen Ellyn Runners Club and others.

Frank, Lee, Jody and Kevin. Picked up Brad mid-run. Ran north, then Jody and I ran another 3 miles, heading 1.5 miles south and back.

Felt good, though thighs hurt from yesterday.
